He had been neglected in his formal education all throughout his childhood, however, he did have a great amount of intelligence and a lot of ambition. He did well in a variety of subjects and did well in exams, which was a big plus for him. When he found that he was going to die from a tumor that was growing on his spine, all of his knowledge and intelligence did not help him at all because he could not move or control his body much. He was not able to run away from danger and when the time came where he needed to fight off certain death, he was completely helpless.
